Not a Team Player: Capricorn is the sign of the Seagoat, but they act like a lone wolf—both in work and in life. Sure, they may team up with a business partner or some co-workers in order to get a job done, but Capricorn is looking out for number one: themselves.

Burn Out: Capricorn is the workaholic of the zodiac. They are willing to work overtime, stay late, and power through anything in order to get the job done. Blessed with stamina, Capricorn will work for days without rest or food—running solely on fumes and caffeine.

Condescending: It’s not that they think they’re better than everyone, it’s just that they believe they have a higher calling. Because Capricorn is serious and monotone, people think that they’re talking down to them, when really Capricorn is just trying get straight to the point.

Greedy: Capricorns love money, but they can’t bear to spend a dime. If they are in charge of a business or working in accounting, they’ll be very frugal with money. They love getting raises and promotions, but don’t give them out easily.

Overly Ambitious: Ambition is Capricorn’s greatest strength and its greatest weakness, depending how they use it. Once Capricorns have their sights set on a goal, they will stop at nothing to achieve it—even doing somethings that they may not be proud of.
