Celebrity chef David Chang opened his Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York a decade ago, and since then has graced food lovers with more than a dozen other establishments in New York, Toronto, and Sydney, including Milk Bar dessert shops. Not content to stop there, this Lion publishes a literary food quarterly, Lucky Peach, starred in a Netflix series Ugly Delicious, and runs a culinary lab in Brooklyn, too!
