Are you getting the right amount of salt in your diet?
Sodium chloride is associated with your sign. Your body needs it—and it makes food taste better—but that doesn’t mean you should overindulge! Too much, say from salty hors d’oeuvres or chips, makes your body retain water, which can leave you looking like a puffer fish! Dilute the salt in your body by drinking lots of water or other caffeine-free fluids, like peppermint tea (which will also ease any tummy troubles if you’ve overindulged). And to keep fluids from building up in your face overnight, sleep propped up on a few pillows.
