Don't fall for common grammar traps today. If your email ends up in the bigwig's inbox (which it may) you'll have your best fingers forward. 'There,' 'they're,' and 'their' are common mix-ups. Here's the difference 'there' denotes placement: 'my lacy bra is over there.' 'They're' on the other hand, is a contraction of 'they are' -- 'They're out to get me.' The possessive pronoun 'their' is a matter of ownership, 'they want their dessert now.'
