If Polo G really wants to improve and transform himself, the first step is to become aware of the weaknesses which may be holding him back and preventing his evolution:
– his coolness and distance
– his lack of consideration for others
– his rigidity
– his need for total control
– his fear of his emotions

Polo G may experience discord in relationships. Although Polo G is friendly and outgoing and commits Polo G to friendships and partnerships, Polo G often finds it difficult to balance Polo G’s own needs, desires, and goals with the objective reality of others and their individual desires and needs.

To understand and overcome this problem, Polo G should accept the idea that every relationship follows more or less the same general scheme: a base of intimacy and an accomplishment or purpose apart from the relationship itself. If Polo G succeeds in defining, through discussion and communication, what sort of intimate relationship Polo G and Polo G’s partners want to maintain and what accomplishment or purpose they hope to achieve, many conflicts will be avoided.
