Anger is a totally legitimate emotion, so when you feel it today, accept it. You do have to be careful to control it, though. Don't fly off the handle or raise your voice. Just say what it is you're upset about and get a conversation going. There's no place for guilt in this situation. You have every right to react the way you want. No one has the right to tell you that you don't get to feel what you feel. You may have some facts wrong, but that will all get corrected soon.
