Bruce Grannec has identified the weaknesses which may be holding him back and preventing his evolution. He needs to become more aware of the coolness and distance which may be preventing him from reaching out to others, and the lack of consideration which may be preventing him from considering others’ feelings. He also needs to be more flexible and open-minded, and to let go of his need for total control. Finally, Bruce needs to overcome his fear of his emotions, in order to allow himself to feel more fully.
