Aiko seeks to make her inner wealth outwardly manifest and substantial.

Aiko is motivated by a need to work in common with other people and to share life’s pleasures and pain. Her commitments to other people are of paramount importance to her personal development. This dependence may present difficulties with individual self-assertion and make it hard for her to make decisions alone. If she wants to achieve inner equilibrium, she must behave in such a way that her actions yield benefits to others as well as herself.

Aiko demonstrates great interest in the outside world, social affairs, and anything else that contributes to the growth and development of society as a whole. Clubs, organizations, and other forms of partnership attract her attention and motivate her behavior. She tries to protect herself from her subjectivity by adopting an impersonal approach to life. Devoted to the common cause, her destiny is no longer hers alone. It is almost entirely controlled by the people whose cause she has espoused.

Aiko lives in a world constantly in contact with her dreams and subconscious. She cannot live without love, and, like water which flows into and takes on the shape of the vessel which contains it, she is always ready to submerge herself in another person. Stirred by forces she does not control, she may be aroused by passions which are impervious to the restraints of reason and logic. She is an emotive creature in harmony with the flow of her feelings, impulses, and urges.

Aiko struggles to get into natural harmony with the physical world and the limitations and restraints it places upon her. Idealistic, she tends to be somewhat disconnected from practical considerations, and barely pays any attention to material things like food, money, her surroundings, and so on. She tends to be footloose and fancy-free, oblivious to the necessities of survival in the physical world, until her lack of material resources – an issue to which she usually grants no importance – becomes an emergency. This feeling of being out of touch with material things and the physical dimension of reality may sometimes lead her to see herself as unfit for this world. She may think she cannot attach herself to anything that would sustain her efforts at self-expression. However, her impractical nature offers many positive aspects. She sees life’s possibilities as limitless. She is apt to develop her imagination or pursue a spiritual quest in order to transcend the material world.
