If Marshmello really wants to improve and transform himself, the first step is to become aware of the weaknesses which may be holding him back and preventing his evolution:
– his insatiable appetites
– his stubbornness
– his grimness
his reluctance to change

Marshmello may experience discord in relationships. Although Marshmello is friendly and outgoing and commits Marshmello to friendships and partnerships, Marshmello often finds it difficult to balance Marshmello’s own needs, desires, and goals with the objective reality of others and their individual desires and needs.

To understand and overcome this problem, Marshmello should accept the idea that every relationship follows more or less the same general scheme: a base of intimacy and an accomplishment or purpose apart from the relationship itself. If Marshmello succeeds in defining, through discussion and communication, what sort of intimate relationship Marshmello and Marshmello’s partners want to maintain and what accomplishment or purpose they hope to achieve, many conflicts will be avoided.

As a result of Marshmello’s great ambitions, Marshmello is fairly organized. Marshmello is able to work long and hard to achieve Marshmello’s goals and elaborates fairly rigid strategies to protect Marshmello against any foreseeable obstacles. Marshmello is so absorbed in Marshmello’s business Marshmello does not always realize that Marshmello tends to be somewhat peremptory with the people around Marshmello and that Marshmello might do well to soften Marshmello’s tone and be more tactful at times. Marshmello’s friendships seem stifling and superfluous to Marshmello, and Marshmello is sometimes tormented by inner conflict when Marshmello is forced to submit to another’s will. To succeed, work to be less dogmatic. Trust in yourself and other people and flexibility.
