Malu Trevejo’s psyche follows an introverted flow. She knows herself and attempts to develop her inner resources to their maximum potential.

Relatively extroverted, Malu Trevejo leads a life which is open to the outside world. Her personal consciousness is forged by the heat of outer events. She is inclined to adopt the most objective viewpoint possible to be pragmatic and perhaps even materialistic.

Malu Trevejo has a tendency to identify with others. Malu Trevejo forms friendships easily and naturally and enjoys participating in other people’s lives. Sociable, Malu Trevejo enjoys being seen and appreciates popularity and recognition. Solitude bores Malu Trevejo. Malu Trevejo’s life and personal relations are in sync with Malu Trevejo’s friendships and outer events. Most often, Malu Trevejo shares the opinion of others.

Thought, intuition, and inner perceptions predominate in Malu’s psyche. Open and curious, optimistic and enthusiastic, Malu is eager to participate in everything happening around her.

Malu’s affections are lively and spontaneous, but may be more intellectual than sensual. In a partner, Malu would seek a source of mutual spiritual or artistic inspiration.

Light-hearted and perhaps even fickle, Malu never allows herself to be overcome by outer realities or emotions. In its most exaggerated form, Malu’s buoyancy borders on indifference.

Malu Trevejo struggles to get into natural harmony with the physical world and the limitations and restraints it places upon her. Idealistic, she tends to be somewhat disconnected from practical considerations, and barely pays any attention to material things like food, money, her surroundings, and so on. She tends to be footloose and fancy-free, oblivious to the necessities of survival in the physical world, until her lack of material resources – an issue to which she usually grants no importance – becomes an emergency.

This feeling of being out of touch with material things and the physical dimension of reality may sometimes lead her to see herself as unfit for this world. She may think she cannot attach herself to anything that would sustain her efforts at self-expression.

However, her impractical nature offers many positive aspects. She sees life’s possibilities as limitless. She is apt to develop her imagination or pursue a spiritual quest in order to transcend the material world.

Malu Trevejo works harder than others to understand other people’s feelings. But this seeming lack of empathy and compassion for others simply mirrors Malu’s own difficulty in understanding their own feelings and emotional needs. Malu is not insensitive, but they are baffled by their own emotions. They see the emotional world as a foreign terrain, perhaps fraught with hidden dangers. Becoming familiar with it would present more drawbacks than advantages. As a result, Malu may appear to be hard or aloof.

Malu might struggle to establish a rewarding relationship, as they seek special individuals to bond with. If Malu were able to accept and understand their own emotions, they would have an easier time grappling with other people’s feelings.

Malu has a strong desire for emotional independence, and might have trouble seeing other people’s emotional needs. They might even be the first to deny that such needs are real.

As a result, Malu’s dependency on others is unconscious. Because it is seen as such a threat, it is repressed. Actually, although Malu offers conscious resistance to anyone who tries to lure them out of their emotional bubble, they are always making timid, half-conscious forays into the world of feelings, because their loneliness and fear are so unbearable.
