Rodger Bumpass is a Scorpio who is best known for voicing Squidward on SpongeBob SquarePants. He has also provided the voice of Professor Membrane on Invader Zim.

Bumpass was born on November 20, 1951 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He began his career in the early 1980s, and has since appeared in a variety of films and television shows.

In addition to his work on SpongeBob SquarePants and Invader Zim, Bumpass has also appeared in such shows as Married… with Children, The Simpsons, and Rugrats. He has also lent his voice to a number of video games, including the popular Grand Theft Auto series.
