Paola Carosella is a Scorpio chef who became known to television audiences as a judge on the Brazilian edition of MaserChef. She is the owner of the restaurants Arturito and La Guapa Empanadas Artesanais e Café.

Born in Argentina, Buenos Aires on October 30, 1972, Carosella always had a passion for food. After studying at some of the world’s most prestigious cooking schools, she began her own catering company. She soon became a popular TV personality, appearing as a judge on MaserChef.
