Malik Monk is an Aquarius shooting guard who was selected 11th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets. He played one year of college basketball at the University of Kentucky.

Monk was born on February 4, 1998 in Lepanto, Arkansas. He was a highly touted recruit, and chose to play for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. He had a successful freshman season, averaging 19.8 points per game.

After declaring for the NBA Draft, Monk was selected 11th overall by the Charlotte Hornets. He has since become an important part of the team, averaging over 10 points per game.
