She wants to protect herself from her subjectivity, but this is difficult because she is devoted to the common cause. Her destiny is now largely in the hands of the people she has championed.

Eden Wood is ambitious and has a natural tendency to better herself socially and intellectually. Her ideas and aspirations are grandiose, and she will be eager to share them with others. Although she is kind-hearted, she enjoys being in control of situations. She derives great fulfillment from the role of the protector and will surround herself with people who need her. She is eager to obtain recognition and honor, but extremely fearful of disgrace. Her visions derive from her ambitions, often aglow with idealism. However, they may be somewhat unrealistic and impractical. Social recognition and esteem are essential to her, and she will demonstrate an amazing ability to achieve the high goals she sets for herself.

Eden Wood lives in a world which is in continual contact with her dreams and subconscious. She cannot live without love, and, like water which flows into and takes on the shape of the vessel which contains it, she is always ready to submerge herself in another person. Stirred by forces she does not control, she may be aroused by passions which are impervious to the restraints of reason and logic. She is an emotive creature in harmony with the flow of her feelings, impulses, and urges.

Eden Wood is aware of a lack of confidence in herself and in life. Prone to apathy, as if deprived of optimism and cheerfulness at some time, she may often be discouraged by the strains of living. This reluctance to accept the challenges of existence, which she may perceive as a major problem, may be the result of a self-image which is elusive or flawed. Perhaps, as a child, she was not given the means to develop an ideal image due to the lack of an appropriate role model or caregiver. As a result, she is unable to move herself toward an improved, more positive disposition. She may reject any challenge that would enable her to surpass her current self, or accept it only after long meditation. Steeped in the awareness of her problem, she may be tormented and wish to change. Vigorous physical exercise and an effort to visualize an admirable figure would be beneficial to her, as well as a diet that includes vitality-bolstering vitamins and protein.

Eden Wood struggled to get into natural harmony with the physical world and the limitations and restraints it placed upon her. Idealistic, she tended to be somewhat disconnected from practical considerations, and barely paid any attention to material things like food, money, her surroundings, and so on. She tended to be footloose and fancy-free, oblivious to the necessities of survival in the physical world, until her lack of material resources – an issue to which she usually granted no importance – became an emergency. This feeling of being out of touch with material things and the physical dimension of reality may sometimes lead her to see herself as unfit for this world. She may think she cannot attach herself to anything that would sustain her efforts at self-expression. However, her impractical nature offered many positive aspects. She saw life’s possibilities as limitless. She was apt to develop her imagination or pursue a spiritual quest in order to transcend the material world.
