Bob Rock’s psyche follows an introverted thrust. He attempts to embody and actualize his ideas and the archetypes he identifies with in his objective life.

Bob Rock leads a life which is open to the outside world. His personal consciousness is forged by the heat of outer events. He is inclined to adopt the most objective viewpoint possible to be pragmatic and perhaps even materialistic.

Bob Rock is attracted to interpersonal activities, but his significant need for inner security may stand in the way of his overtures to others. Since he is highly receptive to other people’s inner natures, he seeks tight bonds with others. He unconsciously needs their psychological support in his quest for himself. Were he to evaluate his psychological development, he would place more value upon human warmth, intimacy, and the need to share than on intellectual understanding or personal freedom of expression.

Bob Rock needs to assert his originality. He is individualistic and independent and lives life according to his own rules. People and things matter to him only insofar as they relate to him, and he ignores or disregards any annoyances he may encounter. His passions are lively and ardent, and he truly loves to give. He is endowed with great authenticity and can be quite generous, as long as he is aware that others admire him.

Bob Rock is the recipient of numerous contradictions and tensions which balance each other out and endow him with a stable, well-tempered character. Indeed, they are especially likely to protect him from unsolvable frustrations and, in terms of reality, will enable him to acquire a certain social and professional success without too much effort on his part. At that point, he must be careful not to take on too many responsibilities. His confidence in his ability to accomplish things may make him spread himself too thin.
