This month, leave some room to receive gifts. February is about making room for more joy through material elimination. This is a good month to get your digestive tract working the way that it should. Make sure to eat plenty of fibers, healthy breakfasts, and drink hot water first thing in the morning. Clean your room too and throw out everything that has accumulated dust over the last year. If you haven’t been using it, you don’t need it anymore. Clear your schedule. There’s room for important things that you’ve been putting off. All that’s to say: Get out of the habit of doing things that you no longer enjoy.
Remember that the point of all this elimination is to get things moving again. It’s not to make you feel empty inside.
